Curious to see where we begin in the wedding planning and the final looks!? Here is a peek behind the curtain at the wedding design proposals and final photo gallery of a past wedding.
We loved creating for you Natalie & John!
First Step: Setting the mood & aesthetics.
*drum roll please*
I like to walk through mood boards starting with the Overall Aesthetic, Ceremony, and Cocktail Hour to start and move into Reception looks, smaller details, signage, and customizations.
*drooling over all the foodie details*
yes this is real life! Swiss the Girl absolutely nailed this grazing table spread for cocktail hour
Bridal Party & Floral
Next up let’s look at specialty signage – which is TOTALLY worth the investment and sprinkles a little extra throughout all the areas.
We wanted to keep things light and natural, with a hint of European flair. We chose natural paper with deckled edges for that textural look. Accents of wood, glass and gold frames and wood blocks are used throughout the space keeping it cohesive.
Seating Charts are SO fun to create. This is where you can get really creative and think about uniquely different ways of displaying guests, table arrangements, and personalized name cards.
– the FINAL look –
TABLE DESIGNS
The process of creating tablescapes and envisioning that with my clients is no small task. I do my very best to create layouts, images as close to the real rentals or decor we plan to use, and color/texture swatches that match exact linens and napkins.
My Pro-TIp: I always recommend mixing-and-matching table designs to give a varied look to your overall reception space. Keeping some items cohesive throughout but switching up decor items, floral, or small details to create a unique experience for your guests.
I LOVE seeing the start to finish vision! Was this helpful to visualize? My biggest piece of advice once you book? Trust the process and be flexible!
Every couple is completely unique, has a different set of wants, specialty details they prioritize and budget to consider. That’s why I have the BEST freakin’ job as your wedding planner!
